How do I get started?
Once your organisation has joined Tlero you’ll have access to our app which hosts plenty of articles, videos and podcasts all aimed at improving and maintaining your mental health and wellbeing.
Simply click the link in your registration email to sign up, it’s pretty straightforward and only takes about 30 seconds!
You now have access to hundreds of news and articles curated by Tlero to raise awareness of and reduce the stigma attached to mental health.
You’ll also have access to videos and podcasts relevant to your interests and personalised to your mental health, such as tips on how to sleep better or the best yoga routines for stress relief!
Build your own newsfeed and personalise it with your favourite content by switching on the ‘mental health channels’ you are most interested in. You can also take our in-built wellbeing checker so we can tailor the content to how you are currently feeling.
