We reserve the right to change or update these terms from time to time without further notice. It is therefore your responsibility to check these terms regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the Tlero service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to abide by these terms or any future terms you should not continue to use this site.
You must be 18 years or over to register with Tlero. If we have any reason to suspect that you are not over 18 years of age, we reserve the right to terminate your use of the Tlero service.
You confirm that:
Upon registration with the Tlero service, you will select a password and username that only you can use to access your personalised platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username and are responsible for all activities that occur under them. We do not have the means to check the identity of people, nor do we wish to, so we will not be held liable if your password or username are used by someone else. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your password or username. You agree to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account and to maintain and promptly update any information you provide, to keep it accurate, current and complete.
In order to maintain your anonymity, we do not ask for your name or your address. We recommend that you identify yourself only by your username. In addition, we strongly advise and ask that you not to include your real name in your username.

The information on the Tlero system that is not our property, are all pieces of information in the video and podcast sections of the platform. These are solely the property of the video or podcast owner. The events section of Tlero showcases events in your area, and the information of these events are the property of the event host, not Tlero.

All information that you provide to Tlero, including username and email, is kept confidential by Tlero and will never be shared with any third party organisation. If you choose to connect with a service provider from the Tlero platform, this service provider is given no information about yourself from Tlero except for your phone number so you can be contacted. It is your responsibility to provide, or not provide, any personal information to the service provider after you have been contacted by them.
The only way that a user of the Tlero service can contact a service provider is via the 'InstaConnect' window once the user has clicked the ‘connect’ button on the service they are interested in. As previously stated, the service provider is given no information about the user once the user has written down their phone number and clicked ‘call me’. The service provider is calling ‘blind’ until the user chooses to disclose any personal information should they wish.
The Tlero wellbeing checker is a non-diagnostic tool used by Tlero to determine which services would be most suitable for each user. The Tlero Suicide Prevention Trigger may be flagged up signposting users to suicide prevention services if a user’s wellbeing checker suggests they may need care.
By registering with Tlero, all users accept the use of the Suicide Prevention Trigger and how it works. Tlero cannot be held responsible for the harm of any users as a result of potential suicide situations. Users should not take the suggestions made by Tlero as professional advice, merely as suggestions of what information might be most beneficial for each user.
Users will be held responsible for paying for any services they connect with and subsequently use, should the service have a fee attached. The fee will be listed on the Tlero platform so each user can see the fee attached to each service before they connect. Should the service provider alter the fee, Tlero cannot be held responsible. Once the connection between the user and service provider has been made, after the user clicks ‘call me’, any details of the service is between the user and service provider only. Tlero cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between the user and service provider and are to be resolved by the user and service provider separately to Tlero.
